Dearest MeMo& Sha

      The past couple months have been difficult to the point of becoming debilitating.  In my heart, it's never been "impossible"...being a designer for me, has been rather something that's inevitable.   Adding to the struggles of getting a new business off the ground for any person is almost unmanageable.   We do the very best we possibly can though, and push through whatever obstacles are tossed...sometimes even thrown hard...at us.   I can do this, I will do this, and no, it is not a choice.   It's what I was born believing.   I'm putting up a handful of photographs of myself.   This is me...happy, sad, and everything in between...all the emotions of a normal person.   A hundred years from now, the world will see that yes, Melli was actually a real living person.   Compassion and passion, heartbreak and laughter, tears and pain and joy too are all things that run through my blood just like anybody else's.   Sticks and pebbles may sting...but I can handle the stones.  ;)

Had a BLAST today with my love of a friend Suzie.   She came and helped me while the photographer was here taking the "real shots"...and she gets the credit for putting the piece's on the shoes.   Pleaser and Frye are the pumps and boots...and wow did I need some fun!   Love you Suzie!

             These are my first rings...simple, elegant, funky and perfectly intoxicating.   D color ...not too shabby!     The first three are Diamond and White Gold, the second is a giant Mystic topaz set in between two stunning Purple Amethyst stones, in White Gold.   The third is a very beautiful Green Amethyst set in White Gold.

        This first bracelet is a three stranded stunner, with White Gold, Black Diamonds, Swarovski Crystals, and the signature "M".   I love this one...and hopefully so will Heather Locklear who is slated to get it shortly.  ;)
